Booking and Cancellation Policies
Please carefully read our booking and cancellation policies before confirming your stay at Chalet du Hibou Voyageur. These rules are designed to protect both guests and the property.
Booking Policies
To guarantee your reservation, a security deposit of $500 is required upon arrival. This deposit covers potential damages and will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the chalet. The security deposit can be paid via Interac transfer or pre-authorization on your credit card.
Rental rates are calculated based on the agreed reservation period (31 days and more), with full payment due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation date are 100% refundable, unless made less than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 21 days before your arrival date are 50% refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival date are 25% refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival date are non-refundable.
